Common billing questions.

Why is a page locked?

It needs a higher plan. The sidebar shows a crown on locked items. Locked pages send you to Subscription.

Can I use the extension on a free account?

No. An active Starter, Pro or Premium subscription is needed, unless you are an administrator. See Eligibility and plans.

When does a cancelled plan stop working?

At the end of the paid period. It stays active until the paid-through end date.

What happens if a payment fails?

The subscription leaves the active state and extension calls are blocked until the plan is active again.

Is there a refund policy?

This guide does not state one. Contact support through your plan's channel.

Do unused quotas carry over?

Daily and monthly limits reset on their schedule; unused amounts do not accumulate.
