Troubleshooting job discovery
No jobs, no scores, or odd results.
Most job-discovery problems are one of four things: a scrape has not run, a filter is hiding results, the profile is incomplete, or a token budget is exhausted. Work through them in order.
The feed is empty
- Run Scrape on the Dashboard and wait for it to finish.
- Clear the filters. A restrictive combination (type plus minimum score plus source) can hide everything.
- Confirm Internshala is connected on the Connections page.
Jobs have no score
Run Analyze. If it stops early, you may have reached the per-run or monthly Analyze token limit shown on the Dashboard. Analyze in smaller batches or upgrade your plan for a larger budget.
Scores seem too low
- Check that you uploaded a current resume and filled in Profile. Scores are computed from them.
- If every score is low, your desired roles may point at listings that genuinely need different skills.
- Re-run Analyze after fixing your resume or profile so existing jobs are rescored.
Results look outdated or duplicated
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Old listings still shown | Listings are only refreshed when a new Scrape runs | Run Scrape again |
| No new listings after Scrape | The source had no new results at that time | Try again later; the feed reflects the source |
| Two rows for one job | Two distinct source postings | Open the source links and keep the one you want |

When to ask for help
If Scrape repeatedly completes with no listings while Internshala is connected and reachable, check whether Internshala changed its page structure and report it, because the scraper parses the site's markup.
