Application tracking overview
Where every application lives, and how to read it.
The Applications page tracks each application from approval to outcome. Switch between Kanban and Table views at the top right. The Kanban board groups applications into columns by status, with a counter on each column; the Table view is a sortable list for scanning many at once.
Kanban columns
The board's working columns are Pending approval, Queued, Applying and Applied. Later outcome states (Viewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, Rejected, Withdrawn) appear as applications progress. Each column shows how many applications are in that state.

What you can do from here
- Approve pending applications so they can be queued.
- Open an application to see its fields, generated answers and event history.
- Filter and sort to find applications that need attention.
- Follow progress after submission as the portal reports it.
What counts as an application
An application is created when a listing is staged (Queued or, with auto-queue, created automatically). It becomes an application that can be run when it is Queued. See The application workflow for the full sequence.
