Resume troubleshooting
Upload and generation problems.
Resume problems are usually about file type, size, or the 3-resume limit. Generation problems are usually about an incomplete profile.

| Upload rejected | The file is not a PDF, or it is larger than 10 MB | Export to PDF and reduce the size, then re-upload |
| Upload button disabled | You already have 3 resumes | Delete a resume to free a slot |
| Scoring ignores my resume | A different resume is set as default | Set the correct resume as default, then run Analyze |
| Generated resume is thin or wrong | Your profile sections are incomplete or inaccurate | Fill in experience, projects and skills, then regenerate |
| Template will not load | The server template set is unavailable | Reload the page; if it persists, report it |

Preparing a good baseline resume
- Use selectable text rather than a scanned image, so the text can be read and scored.
- Keep the layout simple; ATS-friendly resumes score and parse more reliably.
- Keep it current; outdated skills produce misleading match scores.
