Uploading a resume

Add a baseline PDF.

A baseline resume gives Applivo something to score jobs against and to draw on when generating answers. Upload a clear, up-to-date PDF of your resume.

Upload steps

  1. Open Resumes and choose Upload Baseline.
  2. Pick a PDF under 10 MB. The uploader checks the file type before accepting it.
  3. Confirm the upload.
  4. Set the new resume as default if you want scoring and generation to use it immediately.

Expected result

  • The resume appears in your list with its file size and upload details.
  • If it is your first resume, it becomes the default automatically.

Replacing and deleting

  • Delete a resume you no longer need to free a slot if you are at the limit of 3.
  • Setting another resume as default changes which one is used without deleting anything.

After uploading

Run Analyze again if you want existing jobs rescored against the new resume. See Match scores and results.
