Application answers and validation

How answers are produced and what happens with missing information.

Screening questions are answered with AI using your profile and resume as context. Before a form is submitted, every field is validated, and the run will not submit a form that fails validation.

How answers are produced

1. The extension scans the visible form and sends the field metadata to the server.
2. The server composes the candidate context from your profile and resume and asks the managed AI provider for answers.
3. Answers are returned to the extension and injected into the fields.
4. The form is re-checked: required fields, formats and selection controls must all be satisfied.

Missing information

• Required questions that cannot be answered stop the application as needing your attention. They are never invented.
• Optional questions that cannot be answered are left empty and do not block the submission.
• A field is treated as required when the site marks it with the required attribute, an asterisk, or a "(required)" label.

When AI answers are unavailable

If the AI allowance for your plan is exhausted or the provider is unreachable, answers cannot be generated. Required questions then stay open and the item stops with a message that AI answers are unavailable. You can answer manually and retry.
