Open Applivo

Submission results and duplicates

How success is decided and how repeats are prevented.

Filling a form is not the same as submitting it, and submitting is not the same as the portal confirming it. Applivo only records success when the portal shows its own confirmation.

How success is decided

An application is marked Applied only when the website shows its own confirmation, such as a success page or confirmation banner. A clicked button, a spinner, or a form that disappears is not treated as success.

When the result is unclear

If the page does not confirm, the result is recorded as an unknown outcome and you are asked to check the site yourself. Applivo will not submit again automatically within a short window, to avoid creating duplicates.

Already applied

If the site shows you have already applied, the application is marked Skipped with a reason that it was already applied on Internshala, and nothing is submitted.

How duplicates are avoided

  • The run records a claim on each application before it is touched, so two runs cannot work the same application.
  • An unknown outcome is not retried automatically.
  • If the portal says you already applied, the item is skipped rather than resubmitted.
