Starting an application run
Approve and begin applying.
A run is a batch of queued applications the extension will work through in order. The run is created and authorized on the website, so the extension itself never decides whether it may submit.
Before you start
- An eligible plan (see Eligibility and plans).
- The extension installed and connected.
- You are signed in to Internshala in the same Chrome profile.
- At least one application in the Queued state.
Start a run
- On the Dashboard, choose Deploy to open the deploy dialog.
- Select the queued applications to include (up to 30).
- Choose a mode: Review (fill and stop before submitting) or Auto-submit.
- If you chose Auto-submit, tick the acknowledgement. Automatic submission is recorded on the server only when you ask for it and acknowledge it in the same request.
- Confirm. The run is created and the extension begins with the first application.
Monitoring and stopping
- Watch progress in the run panel; each application shows its stage.
- You can stop the run at any time. Stopping marks unstarted items as skipped and leaves anything mid-submit flagged as an unknown outcome to check on Internshala.
Run rules
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum applications per run | 30 |
| Concurrent runs | One active run at a time |
| Duplicates in the request | Collapsed to one item per application |
| Eligible application states at creation | Queued only |
If the run cannot start
| Message | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No extension connected | The extension is not paired | Connect it from /extension/connect |
| An active plan is required | Your plan is not eligible | Renew or upgrade; see Subscription management |
| A run is already in progress | You already have an active run | Stop the current run first |
| Only queued applications can be run | A selected application is not Queued | Stage the application first |
