Application submission and confirmation
How Applivo decides an application really went through.
Applivo is deliberately conservative about declaring success. A filled form, a clicked button, or a disappearing form are not enough; only the portal's own confirmation counts.
The submit gate
- The item reaches the Ready to submit stage after passing validation.
- Before the click, the extension asks the server to re-check the run, the plan and the item's authorization.
- That check atomically moves the item to Submitting, so a repeated request can never authorize a second submit.
- The extension clicks submit and watches for the portal's confirmation.
What counts as confirmed
- An explicit portal success page or confirmation banner.
- Not a spinner, not a button changing colour, not the form vanishing on its own.

When confirmation is not detected
If no confirmation appears, the item is recorded as an unknown outcome and you are told to check Internshala yourself. Applivo will not automatically resubmit within a short window, which avoids duplicates.
Review mode
In review mode the extension stops at Ready to submit without submitting, leaving the filled form open for you to submit yourself. This is the safest way to start using automation.
