Applivo integrates with Ashby's public job board API to ingest published career opportunities with granular compensation ranges, remote tiers, and custom qualification requirements.

Configuration

Navigate to Integrations → Job Sources in Applivo.
Locate Ashby and enter the target organization identifier (from jobs.ashbyhq.com/{org}).
Click Track Board to initiate indexing.

How it works

1. Endpoint Ingestion: Applivo interfaces with https://api.ashbyhq.com/posting-api/job-board/{organization}.
2. Salary Range Extraction: Ashby natively exposes explicit minimum, maximum, and currency figures for each role, which Applivo extracts and highlights on your job cards.
3. Remote Policy Verification: Remote eligibility (e.g. US Only, Anywhere in World, Specific States) is verified against candidate residency.
4. Lumi AI Matching: Job descriptions are scored against candidate profile data to generate tailored application advice.
