By synchronizing Greenhouse boards, candidates gain access to authentic, unbrokered job listings straight from company hiring pipelines—eliminating outdated aggregator postings and phantom job listings.

Configuration

Greenhouse integration utilizes public board APIs and requires zero OAuth handshake for listing discovery:

1. Navigate to Integrations in your Applivo navigation or Connections hub.
2. Locate Greenhouse under Job Sources.
3. To track a specific company board, enter the company's Greenhouse board token (found in their careers URL: boards.greenhouse.io/{board_token}).
4. Click Synchronize. Applivo queries the public Greenhouse harvest endpoint and indexes all active openings.
5. Set preferred department and location filters to highlight roles relevant to your career preferences.

How it works

The Greenhouse synchronization service operates via official public REST endpoints:

• 1. Endpoint Query: Applivo requests https://boards-api.greenhouse.io/v1/boards/{board_token}/jobs?content=true.
• 2. Content Extraction: The response provides structured data including job title, internal requisition ID, department hierarchy, office locations, employment type, and full HTML job specifications.
• 3. Match Scoring: Lumi analyzes the job requirements and computes candidate compatibility against your stored resume.
• 4. Preparation & Application: Candidates review requirement match gaps in Applivo and launch an assisted application flow with pre-generated answers tailored to the job's core responsibilities.
