Overview

Applivo's n8n integration allows candidates and developers to receive webhook events directly into self-hosted n8n instances or n8n Cloud workflows, keeping your career data within your personal infrastructure.

Configuration

1. In n8n, create a new workflow and add a 'Webhook' node.
2. Set the HTTP Method to POST and copy the Production Webhook URL.
3. In Applivo, navigate to Connections → Automation webhooks and select n8n.
4. Paste your n8n Webhook URL, select target career events, and click Send Test Payload.
5. In n8n, listen for the test payload to map input variables, then activate the workflow.

How it works

• Events dispatched via central dispatcher to candidate's n8n endpoint.
• Validates against SSRF to ensure the target is a publicly routable HTTPS endpoint (or domain routed through a tunnel like Cloudflare Tunnels for self-hosted instances).
