Applivo × Microsoft OneDrive Integration Hero

Overview

Microsoft OneDrive is the core cloud storage layer for Microsoft 365, enterprise corporate environments, and personal Microsoft accounts. Applivo's upcoming OneDrive integration enables seamless import of master CV documents and automatic export of AI-tailored PDFs into a dedicated OneDrive folder.

Configuration

Once released, configuration will utilize standard Microsoft Graph OAuth delegated access:

  1. Open Dashboard → Connections.
  2. Locate Microsoft OneDrive under Files and documents.
  3. Click Connect to open the Microsoft identity sign-in screen.
  4. Authorize the requested delegated Files.ReadWrite scope.
  5. The connection activates with your registered Microsoft email identifier.

How it works

  • 1. Microsoft Graph delegated authorization provides an isolated access token.
  • 2. OneDrive File Picker lets candidates select Word (.docx) or PDF resumes from personal or enterprise OneDrive accounts.
  • 3. Role-tailored resumes compile and export directly back to your OneDrive.

Available features

  • OneDrive file picker for resumes and career documents.
  • Export tailored PDF resumes directly to a candidate OneDrive folder.
  • Microsoft Graph delegated permissions enforcing candidate consent.
  • Support for both personal Microsoft accounts and enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants.

Permissions and data access

Will request Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder or Files.ReadWrite delegated scopes, limiting access strictly to candidate-selected career files.
