Applivo × Make Integration Hero

Overview

Make (formerly Integromat) is a leading visual workflow automation platform. Applivo integrates with Make scenarios via secure outbound webhooks, allowing you to design multi-branch automation pipelines—such as logging submitted applications into Google Sheets, updating CRM databases, or notifying private Discord channels.

Configuration

  1. In Make, create a scenario with a 'Custom Webhook' trigger module.
  2. Copy the generated webhook URL.
  3. In Applivo, open Connections → Automation webhooks and click Configure on the Make card.
  4. Paste your Make webhook URL, select target events, and click Send Test Payload.
  5. Make automatically detects the data structure. Save the endpoint in Applivo.

How it works

  • Outbound webhook engine streams signed JSON events directly to Make's execution webhook.
  • Payloads contain structured metadata (company, role, stipend, interview dates, outcome status).
  • Bounded retries and HMAC-SHA256 signatures ensure reliable scenario execution.

Available features

  • Real-time event streaming to Make scenarios.
  • HMAC-SHA256 payload signing and SSRF IP blocking.
  • Delivery logging with timestamped response statuses.
  • Support for branching logic across 8 distinct career events.

Permissions and data access

Only subscribed event data is transmitted over HTTPS.
